Shipping

Orders are shipped tracked. Estimated delivery is 7-18 business days depending on your country. Shipping is free within the United States on orders over the threshold shown on the site. Import duties and taxes, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns (14 days)

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Unless the item is faulty, the buyer pays return postage. For hygiene reasons, opened grooming, bath and personal-care items are not returnable.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or fails within the 12-month warranty, send a photo plus your order/SKU on WhatsApp and we will replace or refund it – no argument.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@polytonx.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply with the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
